Purpose built for D2D

A door to door sales CRM built for the doorstep.

Generic CRMs were designed for a pipeline of named accounts worked from a desk. Door to door is a different shape of problem: thousands of anonymous addresses, a status per address, a map that has to stay current, and a commission calculation at the end of every pay period. Turtle Sales is built for that shape from the ground up.

  • $70 CAD per month

One flat rate for the whole organization, up to 25 members.

  • No per seat fees

Adding a rep does not change what you pay.

  • Web, iOS and Android

Reps in the field, managers on the dashboard, same data.

What a D2D CRM has to do that a generic CRM does not

The gap is not a missing integration. It is a different unit of work.

In a generic CRM the atomic record is a lead or an opportunity, created deliberately because someone already showed interest. In door to door the atomic record is a door: an address that exists whether or not anyone is interested, that a rep spends fifteen seconds on, and that needs a status the moment the conversation ends. A platform that makes you fill out a lead form to record a no answer will not get used past week two.

The second difference is geography. A D2D team's core question is not "what is in the pipeline" but "which streets have we worked, and how did they perform." That requires every record to carry coordinates, and it requires a map to be the primary interface rather than a reporting add on. Territory assignment has to be a first class object so two reps do not work the same block on the same afternoon.

The third is compensation. Field reps are usually paid on commission, often at different rates, and the payout has to be defensible at the end of the pay period. When commission lives in a spreadsheet maintained separately from the system of record, the two drift, and the disputes that follow cost more trust than the spreadsheet ever saved.

What you get in Turtle Sales

  • Door status tracking

Record sale made, callback, no answer, not interested or do not knock in one tap, with contact details and notes when there is something to capture.

  • Live interactive map

Every recorded door appears as a colour coded pin, so coverage and performance are visible geographically rather than as a table of rows.

  • Territory drawing and assignment

Draw a territory on the map and assign it to a rep. Everyone knows their boundary and nobody doubles up.

  • Automatic commission tracking

Assign each rep a rate. Closed sales calculate their own commission, and pay period reports produce a full payout breakdown.

  • KPI tracker

Knock to sale conversion, callback rate and total doors knocked, per rep and per team, updating as the day runs.

  • Live sales leaderboard

Ranked by revenue closed and updating in real time, so the day has a scoreboard instead of a nightly group chat.

  • Workday scheduling

Time windowed shifts with capacity controlled slots, so the schedule and the field plan are the same document.

  • Offline door queue

Doors recorded with no signal queue on the phone and upload automatically on reconnect, so dead zones do not create holes in your data.

  • Team messaging

Group and direct messaging inside the same app the reps already have open, rather than a separate chat tool.

  • AI roof measurement

Measure a roof from satellite imagery without climbing it, which shortens the path from conversation to quote.

Where teams end up without a D2D CRM

Most teams arrive here from one of three setups, and each one breaks in a predictable place.

Paper and group chat. It works at three reps and collapses at eight. Nobody can reconstruct which streets were worked last week, coaching is based on what a rep remembers, and the commission spreadsheet is rebuilt by hand every pay period.

Spreadsheets. Better than paper, and still unable to answer geographic questions. A spreadsheet cannot show you that the north half of a territory converts at twice the rate of the south half, which is the single most actionable fact a canvassing manager can have.

A generic CRM bent into shape. This is the expensive failure. The tool is capable, the licences are per seat, and the reps quietly stop entering the doors that do not turn into leads. Six months later the data is technically in a CRM and still does not describe what happened in the field.

Turtle Sales compared with a generic CRM

Not a claim that Salesforce or HubSpot are bad software. They are built for a different job.

Frequently asked questions

What is a door to door sales CRM?

A CRM designed around the door rather than the lead. It records a status for every address a rep visits, plots those addresses on a map with GPS coordinates, supports territory assignment, and reports on knock to sale conversion rather than only on pipeline value.

How is Turtle Sales different from Salesforce or HubSpot?

Turtle Sales is purpose built for door to door sales. It includes D2D specific features like door status tracking, a live GPS map of all knocks, capacity controlled workday scheduling, a real time leaderboard and automated commission payouts. None of these come standard in Salesforce or HubSpot.

How much does Turtle Sales cost?

There is a free plan for a solo rep with a personal sales map, and an Organization plan at $70 CAD per month covering up to 25 members with no per seat fees. Six month and annual billing cycles are discounted at checkout. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Does adding reps increase the price?

No. The Organization plan is one flat rate for the organization up to 25 members, so growing the team does not change the bill.

How does commission tracking work?

Managers assign a commission percentage to each rep. Every time a rep records a closed sale with a price, the platform calculates their earned commission automatically. Pay period reports show each rep's total sales, their rate and the full payout breakdown.

Which industries use Turtle Sales?

Solar, roofing, pest control, home services, telecommunications, insurance and any other industry where representatives sell door to door.
